• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

• Hazardous Material

  Any prohibited item discovered will be reported and confiscated.

4) Packaging Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged.

• OGC XPRESS SHIPPING is not liable for damage due to poor packaging.

5) Customs & Duties:

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

6) Payment Policy:

• Full payment must be made before packages is released

• Storage fee will apply for uncollected packages after 7 days.

Unclaimed Packages:

• Packages not collected within 30 days may be considered abandoned.

• OGC XPRESS SHIPPING reserves the right to dispose of or resell unclaimed packages.
